LeAnn Brown joined Silver Oak Commercial Realty in 2011 as a Managing Partner. LeAnn has over 21 years of commercial real estate experience in the D/FW Metroplex including extensive project leasing credentials in office and retail; multi-family and commercial investment sales; owner/user properties; tenant representation; and land transactions. She has exclusively represented more than 185 properties totaling over 2,325,000 square feet in Tarrant and Denton Counties. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree and a member of NTCAR, Tarrant County CREW and a CCIM candidate. Heavily involved in community activities, LeAnn is an active Rotarian and an active or former board member of the Tarrant County American Heart Association, Arts Council Northeast, and NorthStar Bank Advisory Board.

Jim Leatherwood joined Silver Oak Commercial Realty in 2011 as a Managing Partner. Jim specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, pad site sales and leasing, and tenant representation. Jim began his career with Henry S. Miller in 2001. Creativity, determination, knowledge, and passion for real estate has excelled Jim in helping his clients throughout every step of the deal process, including site selection, market planning, and negotiating contracts and leases. Throughout his career, Jim has worked with many investors, developers, and national retailers, including: Dollar General, O’Reilly Auto Parts, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, The Cash Store and Burger King to name a few. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the North Texas Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

Russ Webb joined Silver Oak Commercial Realty in 2011 as a Managing Partner. Previously, he was Vice President at Stream Realty, where he began in 2001 after a successful career in the oil and fuel industry as a sales manager with Tulco Oils, Inc. Since 2001, Russ has completed over 3,000 transactions and over $75 million in sales, specializing in office, land, industrial, and investment sales. Russ is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration – Marketing. He is a member of the Texas Tech Scholarship Committee for the Rawls College of Business, a Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce Board Member, and a member of the Economic Advisory Committee of Flower Mound.
